- Manage low performing workshops in terms of parts sales.

- Plan and execute parts sales promotion and customer satisfaction promotions without parts discount (including Parts Contest).
- Align the promotions with dealer for effective execution.
3. Aftersales market research/survey
- Plan and execute market research for aftersales; price perception, repair quality, parts market competition, service market competition, parts distribution channel and so on.
- Derive the core messages from the market research and propose the way to reflect them into the service and parts business.
4. Aftersales KPI reporting
- Define and manage the HQ CSP KPIs and the local KPIs.
- Collect and report them regularly.
- Align with Dealer for the improvement measures, and propose/execute the measures.
5. Parts technical support
- Support the dealers on the parts technics.
- Manage the parts substitution and alternative part number updates.
- Get HQ support on the parts technical topic in order to provide timely support to the dealer.
6. Aftersales marketing communication
- Propose the necessary marketing communication for parts sales promotions and customer satisfaction promotions.
- Align the plan with Marketing team for the communication development and execution.
- Support the Marketing team for the communication content development.
- Monitor and follow up on dealers' marketing execution and submission.
7. Network - Dealer Standard audit - Parts
- Technical Information Support for Internal such as materials/ infos / material for custom clearance and Parts importation / Homologation.
- Issue Ticket for parts technical related.
