➢ Position Description:
The U.S. Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. This position handles a variety of administrative tasks and communicates and coordinates with the U.S. Department and other relevant parties.
➢ Key Responsibilities:
● Day-to-day administration:
1. Manage day-to-day office operations, including clerical processing, document filing, and office supply management.
2. Arrange departmental meetings, prepare meeting materials and record meeting summaries.
● Communicate and coordinate:
1. Maintain effective communication with US departments and other internal teams to coordinate matters.
2. Handle internal and external phone calls, emails, and letters to ensure timely delivery of information.
● Scheduling:
