1. Collaborate with the HR team and stakeholders to support all HR-related matters, including but not limited to onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, performance management, employee relations, training and development, data management, and offboarding.
2. Provide HRIS support, ensuring the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records. Routinely run various ad-hoc reports and documents. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality policies.
3. Participate in the development, implementation, and administration of total rewards policies and programs to ensure consistency in alignment with the company's culture and philosophy.
4. Provide support for optimizing the expatriate program, ensuring a smooth assignment process, and addressing related operational matters.
5. Collaborate with the HR team and stakeholders to develop and implement agile HR policies and procedures that meet the evolving needs of our company.
6. Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
