About The Job
1. Focus area: semiconductor industry, commercial building / HVAC
2. Providing sales forecast and meet sales target.
3. Conducting regular customer visits and building up strong customer relationships to have first-hand information about installed base, competitor trend, overhaul schedule, maintenance budget and buying processes…etc.
4. Being able to identify customers’ pain points and offer counter solution by stressing Alfa Laval’s unique selling points and follow up; including complex quotations and advanced technical support (sizing and energy saving calculation)
5. Being able to make proactive sales planning by utilizing the OneCRM and other sales tools and convert them into real business opportunities to ensure a healthy sales pipeline and continuous new business development.
6. Able to prepare our service solution and customer training in a well-organized and timely manner
7. Deliver timely responses to customers’ inquiries, leveraging between local sales, service operation, local support function and central supports when required.
8. Focusing on (but not limited to) energy efficiency projects. Ensure promotion of Alfa Laval as the leading global heat transfer solution provider to the local market.
