【RESPONSIBILITIES】
1. Developing and implementing quality standards/requirements to be included in the RFQ.
2. Review of bid tender specifications and submission of bid QA/QC deliverables.
3. Developing and implementing quality control systems.
4. Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
5. Verify the materials, equipment, processes, included in the Purchase Order, Contracts from Vendors/Subcontractors will meet the quality specifications.
6. Collaborating with Package Leads to develop and oversight Vendor Quality Requirements.
7. Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
8. Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
9. Reviewing documentation against the codes, specifications, and processes.
【 REQUIREMENTS 】Competence & Experience):
1. Degree in quality, offshore, or mechanical engineering.
2. 2+ years of experience in construction project quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.
3. Experience coding and using QA software tools and processes.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent project management skills.
7. Qualified as Lead Auditor in ISO 9001.
8. Qualified in PCC qualification.
9. General knowledge in quality control.
10. Be able to document process and procedures (ex: VISIO & Flow chart...)
11. Be able to understand and analyze standard and specification.
1. 監督分包商之品質作業及執行品質及其進度之控管。
2. 支持及協辦本案相關工程之品質保證/管制計畫(或程序書)。
3. 辦理專案計畫內部及外部之品質稽核,接受業主與主管機關之工程查核,及後續追蹤改善事項。
4. 依業主契約及其監造計劃書等相關規定, 整合分包商之品質管制問題並追蹤工作執行狀況。
5. 審查分包商送審之品質保證及品質管制計畫書或程序書。
6. 其他工地主任與品管組長交辦事項。"
