About the Job:
My aim is to create a positive experience for our customers, so they will want to return and shop with us again. I use the IKEA tools and expertise of my colleagues to support the store in achieving this.

About the assignment:
1. Spending as much of my working time as possible in my area of responsibility supporting and coaching my co-workers to ensure customers leave with a positive impression of the IKEA store and want to come back and shop more frequently with us.
工作職責範圍為支持並帶領工作夥伴,發展團隊員工潛能,確保顧客有愉快的購物體驗,對IKEA分店留下良好印象,讓顧客願意持續來店購物。
2. Following up on the department action plan and taking action to ensure we are continually focused on achieving the agreed goals.

3. Ensuring my IKEA store is a safe and secure environment at all times for visitors and co- workers.
確保IKEA分店、顧客、員工任何時刻都擁有安全的環境。
4. I optimize the relationship with our customers in order to increase customer satisfaction thereby driving sales growth and sustained long-term profitability.

5. I actively seek, and act on, customer feedback in order to make continuous improvements to our service.
