Purpose of Job職位目的
1. The Sales Engineer is to manage all sales activities in assigned customers including maintaining and developing existing business and identifying and acquiring new busi-ness/customers to achieve sales objectives and goals through both revenue & profit.銷售工程師負責管理指定客戶的所有銷售活動,包括維護和發展現有業務,識別和獲取新業務/客戶,通過收入和利潤實現銷售目的和目標。
Principal Accountabilities/Main Functions 主要職責
1. Sales Strategy & Planning 銷售戰略與規劃:
1) Understand and execute the short-term to long-term sales strategy, to achieve the business goals & objectives.理解並執行短期至長期銷售戰略,以實現業務目標。
2) Execute and implement the annual sales plan based on coach and guidance.在教練和指導的基礎上,執行和實施年度銷售計劃。
3) Follow-up and execute the annual customer plan for assigned customers. 跟進並執行指定客戶的年度客戶計劃。
4) Keep good communication with internal departments.與內部各部門保持良好的溝通。
5) Ensure 100% compliance.確保 100%合規。
2)Key Account Management 重點客戶管理:
1. Understand and follow-up relevant customer strategy for assigned key ac-counts based on the guideline and coach.根據指導和輔導,了解並跟進所負責的重點客戶的相關客戶戰略。
2. Update the sales pipeline in CRM system timely.及時更新 CRM 系統中運行的銷售項目信息。
3. Generate customer visit report timely by using CRM tool and provide feed-back about key customer intelligence. 使用 CRM 工具及時生成客戶訪問報告,並提供有關重點客戶情報的反饋。
4. Follow-up the customer-centricity account plan to develop new business.跟進以客戶為中心的客戶計劃,開發新業務。
5. Deal with complaints as interface between internal stakeholders from function teams and external stakeholders (key customers, value chain partners, association, down-stream players), feedback the solutions to assigned customer on complains and inquiries timely作為職能團隊內部利益相關者與外部利益相關者(主要客戶、價值鏈合作夥伴、協會、下遊參與者)之間的接口,處理投訴,及時向指定客戶反饋投訴和咨詢的解決方案。
3)Business Development 業務發展:
1. Build-up business acumen and market intelligence to identify and analyze potential business growth opportunities, understand competitive factors to support the business growth.建立商業敏銳度和市場情報,以識別和分析潛在的業務增長機會,了解競爭因素以支持業務增長。
2. Understand the unmet needs of assigned customers, transfer the potential needs to Marketing and Product Management team to develop new products based on the coach and guidance.了解指定客戶未滿足的需求,將潛在需求傳遞給市場營銷和產品管理團隊,以便在指導和引導的基礎上開發新產品。
3. Support market research including supply chain tracking, competitor information update and analysis, identify sales/market potential and cooperate with internal team (e.g. such as marketing, distributor team, etc.) to support further business growth and achieve sales targets.支持市場研究,包括供應鏈跟蹤、競爭對手信息更新和分析,識別銷售/市場潛力,並與內部團隊(如市場、經銷商等團隊)合作,以支持業務進一步增長並實現銷售目標。
4. Other assigned related tasks and projects.其他分配的相關任務和項目。
Requirements & Qualifications 任職資格
1. Bachelor degree or above in chemical, business, economics, Science and Engineering or similar.化學、商業、經濟學、理工科或相關專業本科或以上學歷。
2. Sales experience in Chemical / Electronics related industry will be preferred.有化工或相關電子行業銷售經驗者優先。
3. Good capability to communicate, cooperate and influence across teams and functions .良好的跨團隊、跨職能溝通、合作和影響能力。
4. Good skills in stakeholder and customer management.良好的利益相關者和客戶管理技能。
5. Good learning ability and agility.學習能力強,思維敏捷。
6. Good sense for problem solving, can identify the problems and analyze the root reason based on the coach and guidance.良好的問題解決意識,能夠在教練和指導的基礎上發現問題並分析根本原因。
7. Strong willingness to grow and step out of comfortable zone with own initia-tives.有強烈的成長意願,能主動走出舒適區。
8. Strong willingness and ownership to achieve business growth and goals & objectives.具有實現業務增長和目標的強烈意願和主人翁精神。
9. Good capability to work well under pressure.具有在壓力下工作的良好能力/良好的壓力下工作能力。
10. Highly self-motivating, open minded and diligent attitude.高度的自我激勵、開放的心態和勤奮的態度。
11. Chinese with fluency in Mandarin is a must.必須會說流利的普通話。
12. Workable English communication skill in written and reading, good oral Eng-lish skill is a plus.具備良好的英語書面和閱讀交流能力,英語口語良好者更佳。
13. Business travel is needed, should be flexible to travel frequently.需要出差,應經常靈活出差。
