◗ About the Role As a BD Manager at Turing Space, you will focus on driving business development efforts and expanding our partnerships. Your role involves identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve our business goals. ◗ What You'll Be Doing • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in existing and new markets. • Continuously follow up and care for existing customers, understand their needs and usage experience, and deepen customer relationships. • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new clients. • Providing input into product development and service offerings based on client feedback and market demand. • Representing the company at networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products and services. • Building and maintaining a strong network of industry contacts and potential clients. • Use CRM tools like Salesforce to track business progress, regularly compile business performance reports, and case reports. ◗ Who You Are • Proactive and always eager to learn and innovate. • Confident in expressing opinions, yet adaptable when facing challenges. • Highly resilient under pressure, maintaining composure in various situations. • Positive thinker who embraces opportunities without being deterred by the fear of failure. ◗ Minimum Qualifications • At least 1 year of B2B SaaS business development experience. • A data-driven thinking logic. ◗ What Makes You Stand Out in A Crowd • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets. • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to drive business growth.
