工作內容:
1. 執行餐廳開/關店的任務,遵守食譜與料理製作流程,協助主廚把關餐點品質
2. 維持最高的餐點品質, 廚房衛生狀態及整潔.
3. 協助執行廚房管理職務, 像是每日訂貨, 食材前置, 員工訓練, 及設備維修廠商溝通.
*班表週排/假日可彈性休假
We are looking for a Chef de partie / Sr. CDP who is passionate about cooking with a positive, reliable and detailed oriented work ethics to join our Kitchen team. Previous experience in a Western restaurant and basic English skills preferred.
*Single shift roster, over-time fee will be paid according to labor regulations and company policies. Example: 9:00-17:30, 12:00-21:00
Job Responsibilities:
1. Execute restaurant opening & closing procedures, follow recipe instructions and assist Head Chef in maintaining food quality standards
2. Maintain the highest standard for kitchen hygiene, and organization.
3. Assist with kitchen managment duties, such as daily market order, prep assignments, staff training and maintenance communication.
