Summary
The position is fully responsible for the activities of the TP trade by coordinating space management with branches and liaising CHQ TP trade team and area marketing teams to contribute to business performance.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for commercial budget and target achievement of TP trade.
2. Coordinate the predictability of the freight market's trends with branches to ensure budget fulfillment.
3. Maintain relationship with carriers, explore market information, expand customer base, win more market share, fulfill annual budget target.
4. Regularly tracking of TP market share development and take immediate actions to improve- in coordination with CHQ Trade Team. Deep dive into reasons for market share trend and initiate action plan.
5. Strategies segmentation targets and initiate adjustments if needed, or when market conditions are needed.
6. Assist the sales team with business development, securing new business initiatives and responsible to grow the volume on TP Trade Lane.
7. Visit core carriers on periodic basis for business development and maintenance.
8. Review and safeguard internal processes adherence.
9. Feasibility analysis of new product and organize the implementation of it.
10. Organize and support product training.
