We are seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join our prestigious Ferrari & Maserati team. This role reports to the Service Manager.
You will be responsible for ensuring all the client’s needs during their workshop visit are fully met by monitoring and controlling every moment that their vehicle is in our workshop. This will be achieved by working closely with our skilled team of engineers, sales colleagues, and manufacturing partners.
Duties & Responsibilities:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Service Advisor to join our very successful service operations team at Modena Motori Taiwan. Supporting our Service Manager, you will help manage & lead a strong team of Engineers in delighting our customers and getting it right first time. You will provide valuable support & direction for all daily tasks within this fast-paced environment.
You will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with Engineers/Sales Colleagues about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time & all our client’s requirements are met.
You will have the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll have the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport & relationship and identify exactly what our customers want and need.
Requirements:
Training will be provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses run by Ferrari & Maserati to support your career.
Ideally, you will have excellent organizational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Working knowledge of Autoline DMS would be advantageous, but not essential.

您將提供出色的顧客關懷服務,成為顧客與服務中心間的主要樞紐。您將告知並在車輛維修期間的每個階段對客戶提供諮詢與建議,同時回應顧客車輛維修最新狀況及答覆可能遇到的各項疑問。您將與工程師團隊和業務部同仁合作充分掌握服務中心車輛狀態,確保車輛能於維修時限內準備就緒並滿足客戶的所有要求。
您將擁有能力針對產品和服務內容提供顧客最佳建議。這是一個要把顧客關懷放在第一位,與人充份互動並建立融洽關係,且能完全了解釐清顧客需求與期望的高挑戰性工作。
