Summary of the Position:
We are looking for a Administrative Support Specialist to provide essential administrative and operational support for our Key Account Managers (KAMs). This role focuses on internal coordination and assistance, ensuring smooth workflow and data management within the team. No direct client-facing interactions are required.
To excel in this position, you should have strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. A background in finance, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
Your role will contribute to the overall efficiency of the KAM team, playing a crucial part in the company's growth.
Main Responsibilities:
• Support Key Account Managers with administrative tasks, data management, and documentation.
• Maintain and update internal databases with accurate client and account information.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communication materials.
• Coordinate between departments (Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing) to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Coordinate with Finance, Compliance, and Legal teams by collecting and organizing key data.
• Assist with internal projects, process improvements, and team initiatives.
• Contribute insights in team discussions and support strategic planning.
• Perform other administrative and support duties as required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
