Key Responsibilities:
>Strategy & Planning
Prepares early cost estimates and working with the stakeholders to deliver projects within budget.
Updates monthly and quarterly finance forecasts based on project completion progress.
Reports weekly project status to overall project dashboard.
Report to team various activities, problems and solutions achieved.
Develop quarterly goals (OKRs) and work to achieve them.
Collaborates with other design leads, project managers, system admins, and internal stakeholders to prioritize and load balance projects.
Aides in development of and maintains written standards that document global security requirements for the assigned projects.
Supports global projects and interfaces with employees, contractors and other stakeholders in APAC, US, and China markets.
>Security Design
Conducts location specific technical security audits and assessments to validate current state security equipment and security equipment designs to establish compliance with company security policies and standards.
Coordinates with various departments, business units and stakeholders to plan, design and coordinate security system installation according to the company standards.
Prepares security designs and technical specifications (scopes of work) for vendors.
Coordinates with CAD design team to ensure drawings are accurate and reflect the correct scope of work as well as updating if design changes occur.
Maintains central file and folder organization and accurate design documentation for bids, design changes, system programming and records management.
Designs technical security for sites including Access Control, Intrusion Detection, CCTV, Key Management, Intercoms, Speed Gates, Fire Safety interfaces and ensures compliance with the company standards.
Reviews and approves closeout documentation from vendors, including as-built drawings, product specifications, and project archive.

Qualifications:
5+ years working experience in the following: Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Networked security video, Key Management, Intercoms, Global Security System Software, Emergency Notification Systems, Visitor Management systems, and security operational understanding.
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field, and/or equivalent technical certificates and working experience combination.
Experience with physical security applications in corporate offices, campuses, e-commerce, logistics, warehouses, datacenters, and satellite offices spread over a global footprint.
Understanding of the methodology of enterprise security risk management as it pertains to technical security.
Experience with Global security systems software and hardware solutions such as Genetec Security Center, Lenel/S2 On Guard, HID and Mercury Hardware, various access control hardware and locking solutions, Video management, various Onvif compatible IP cameras, IP based intercoms, Key management systems, etc.
General knowledge of Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) components.
Comprehensive knowledge of international building codes, designs, and regulations pertinent to physical security standards.
Knowledge of technical security program design, systems, and emerging technology trends for security industry good practices is necessary.
Knowledge of Life Safety Code and its application within both new and existing facilities.
Able to interpret building plans, network, and electrical designs.
Have a strong understanding of Information Technology Systems IT infrastructure, communication protocols, network architecture and on-prem and cloud applications management.
Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Up to 30% travel possible.
