Recruitment:
- Sources, recruits, screens, interviews and recommends external and/or internal candidates
- Provides advises to managers on JD development, selection criteria and completes the reference check before official hiring
- Maintains and updates talent pool for future reference
- Handles all paperwork for new hires including appointment letter and probation follow-up
- Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process,
Staffing:
- Develops Personnel Announcement and conducts boarding procedure
- Responsible for internal staff transfer, movement and resignation. Conducts staff exit interview and analysis staff turnover monthly/quarterly
Employee Relations:
- Collaborates with team to support employee relations program to ensure compliance with policies and practices.
- Coordinates staff gathering and internal communications.
C&B:
- Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Manages, leads and develops C&B Analysts.
- Work closely with HR manager and Brand teams by providing effective advice, guidelines, solutions and supports to achieve business needs and goals.
- Maintain and streamline HR system and closely work with the HR head and brand teams to meet business and organizational growth needs.
- Consult with managers and employees on all aspects of employee-related issues, policies & procedures, terminations, review of appealed termination, reorganizations communication.
- Initiate continuous improvement on C&B administration process.
