[Responsibilities]
1. Contribute to develop and implement the regional HR strategy to achieve the targets defined for the HR area cross-functionally and internationally and thus contribute to the regional P&L.
2. Assist line management in implementing established HR policies, procedures, and practices to meet requirements supporting short and long-term business needs.
3. Ensure compliance with the global and regional HR policies, regulations, instruments and governance as well as labor legislation and collective labor agreements.
4. Ensure that global/regional internal regulations are adapted to the specifics of the local country units within the perimeter of responsibility and identify individual case solutions and implement as well as communicate them.
5. Coordinate the development, implementation and communication of new concepts for the qualitative and quantitative staffing of the perimeter of responsibility and for securing staff capacities in the long term.
6. Member of the regional HR team.
7. Identify the wishes, needs and requirements of staff and managers in personnel matters as well as derive potential measures.
8. Initiate and ensure the development of key personnel indicators that are essential for securing the future of the perimeter of responsibility and the company (e.g. age structure, gender, length of service, absenteeism/sickness rates, fluctuation, personnel cost budget, salary development, salary benchmarks)
9. Analyze HR KPIs and use them to propose appropriate human resources actions to client groups based on their respective reality.
10. Ensure constant monitoring of human resources best practices and legal viability in the market and build related recommendations relevant to ENERCON.
11. Regular exchange of information on current developments within the company and the HR organization and contribute to the optimization and further development of the HR area and the HR instruments.
12. Support the recruitment of key functions within the perimeter of responsibility.
13. Close cooperation with local and regional HR as well as CoEs and global and corporate HR BPs.
14. Lead or participate in HR projects.
[Requirements]
1. Fluent in English (written & speaking)
2. Familiar with Labour Law and Personal Development.
3. Work experience: at least 5 years.
4. Experiences with SAP system will be an added advantage.
5. Experience with different Asian cultures will be an advantage.
6. Mangement experience will be an advantage.
