ROLES and MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Process SO orders entry and invoicing.
• Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company policies to monitor sales progress and reporting
• Employee orders/ FOC / POSM order process (ETL)
• Ensure EDIs to 3PL warehouse go well.
• Monitoring and communication on daily orders
• POD (proof of delivery) management
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
3rd party warehouse management
• Abnormal order processing and setting solutions
• Align with 3rd warehouse for service level maintenance
• Monthly KPI verify
Invoicing upload to customers for A/R
• Upload GUIs onto E-vendor & send to buyer
• Trouble shooting for uploading error
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Ad-hoc projects
