Sales Manager is responsible for introducing the influencer marketing platform to all potential customers (especially focus on small businesses). You're self-driven, enthusiastic and passionate, with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in growing business. You have an analytical approach in sales and are able to work in complex environments. You also have excellent teamwork and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
2. Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
3. Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
4. Accelerate customer adoption
5. Maintain a robust sales pipeline
6. Ensure customer satisfaction
7. Proactively share best practices and innovations in relation to revenue growth, product adoption, operational process, customer experience, and efficiency levers
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of work experience in sales, marketing, online advertising, consulting, agency, design or product/program management
2. Bachelors degree and/or Masters
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Extensive knowledge of the advertising industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
2. Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups to produce meaningful results
3. Proven ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally
4. Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and organized
5. Strong critical-thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
6. Exceptional ability to prioritize and focus on driving growth
