■工作内容 :
- Calculate COGS for each store, taking into account inventory levels, sales data, and other factors.
- Ensure that all inventory is properly accounted for, including recording inventory transactions and reconciling inventory records.
- Conduct revenue and cost analysis, working capital and capex control, cash flow analysis, and operational efficiency assessment.
- Prepare AOP/Projection and monitor AOP implementation.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing, including preparation of financial package, region report and schedules necessary for a smooth close.
- Work closely with the regional finance team in areas of financial planning, updates, process standardization and implementation of guidelines.
- Coordinate with related departments for data collection and analysis requirements.
- Support team operations and participate in ad-hoc projects.

6.在財務規劃、政策更新與流程標準化等與區域財務團隊密切合作。
7.與相關部門協調數據收集和分析需求。
8.支援團隊合作營運並參與特別項目。
■條件:
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- 5+ years of financial reporting/budgeting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

■上班時間&休假:
