As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing qualified candidates to meet our clients' staffing requirements. This role requires a combination of salesmanship, relationship-building skills, and industry expertise to successfully match candidates with the right opportunities.
Responsibilities:
•Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
•Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
•Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
•Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
•Manage candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience and promote long-term partnerships.
•Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
•Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our CRM system.
•Meet and exceed recruitment targets and performance metrics set by management.
