【About the role】
我們正在尋找一位充滿活力的Sales Development Representative(SDR),具備利用社群媒體、電話、陌生拜訪來尋找和開發潛在客戶的技能。作為一名SDR,您將負責發起與潛在客戶間的對話,讓動他們對我們產品或服務感興趣,並進而約到業務會議與我們碰面、討論合作的機會
【What you will do】
- 透過社群媒體、電話、陌生拜訪來主動地接觸合適的餐飲品牌,與他們建立基本的關係並願意與我們進行業務會議。
- 與商家建立並培養良好關係,及時且正確地回應他們的問題。
- 紀錄各項業務指標,如接觸商家數量、找到Key Man的商家數量、約到的業務會議數量等等來評估各個開發方式的效率。
- 協助業務團隊敲定與安排跟商家的業務會議。
- 跟業務經理與總經理密切合作,確保工作方向和策略與公司一致。
- 有紀律並且穩定、持續地執行交辦事項,以達成工作目標與任務。

- 畢業於行銷、傳播、商管或任何相關領域的人才。
- 有陌生開發與社群媒體開發經驗者為佳。
- 對餐飲業或網路產業有熱情,並可以穩定有紀律地完成工作項目。
- 有數據分析的概念,可以依照累積出來的數據來找出優化的空間與進步的方法。
- 積極主動,並能適應快速變動的市場環境與開發策略。

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) with expertise in utilizing social media platforms to engage and nurture potential leads. As an SDR specializing in social media outreach, you will be responsible for initiating and maintaining meaningful conversations with prospective clients and driving interest in our products or services.

【What you will do】
- Engage proactively with targeted merchants across various social media platforms to foster meaningful connections.
- Develop and nurture relationships with merchants by addressing inquiries timely and accurately
- Tracking of metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of social media outreach.
- Assist to arrange appointments for Business Development team to connect with merchants
- Collaborating closely with SDR lead to ensure alignment of messaging and strategies.
- Demonstrate discipline and consistency in executing job responsibilities to meet targets and objectives.
【We are looking for】
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in similar role with a focus on social media outreach would be advantageous
- Understanding of social media platforms and their respective algorithms, features, and best practices would be advantageous~~
- Ability to effectively manage multiple social media accounts and engage with prospects in a timely manner
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
- Disciplined and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to changes and ambiguity
