[Principal Objective]
The Principal Objective of the Financial Manager (Subsidiary Management) is to oversee and support the financial operations of our European and US subsidiaries, including financial reporting, budgeting, risk management and more. We are looking for a candidate with extensive financial management experience, excellent communication skills, and leadership abilities.
[Major Duties and Responsibilities]
•Supervise the financial and commercial operations of subsidiaries, ensuring statutory compliance and operating efficiency.
•Assist in the formulation and review of rolling forecast, and track variances between actual performance and forecast.
•Involve in the development of subsidiary’s financial plan and forecast, manage change with duly appropriate actions being taken to respond the external dynamics.
•Bridge local financial and business insights aligning to headquarter strategies.
•Manage risks, conduct risk assessments, and develop risk management plans.
•Collaborate with other departments to coordinate financial and business objectives.
