.Filter the incoming phone calls to decide the action required to be taken
.Answer general inquiries related to internal and external customers
.Greet visitors warmly and to ensure visitor registration process is completed in
terms of SHE instruction
.Handle application of temporary access card for both incumbent employee and
external parties for the purpose of office facility maintenance
.Organize badge and locker, including employee picture, ID sticker and inform SHE
officer for badge access setup for newcomer’s onboarding and resign employee.
.Manage effective and efficient administration services, including deal with
expenses to support smooth office operations, to be the center to deliver
important information released by building management team such as cleaning
and disinfecting activities to all employees
.Organize process for all items related to building and G&A services, including
Purchase Requisition (PR) and payment application for building and all items
involved with G&A requirements
.Organize income and outcome mail
.Order the first-aid items and personal protection equipment (PPE) based on
instruction from SHE colleague
