Strategic Project: collaborate with SBU and Corporate strategy to develop Business Unit level strategic projects. Design and implement pilot program
Business Intelligence: develop monthly Business Intelligence and data dashboard. Manage competitive information collection, analysis and response actions
Tender and Pricing Analysis: develop Tendering and Pricing Analysis, identify business forecast, risks & opportunities and work with Register Affair/Health Economic/Government Affair/Public Relationship teams on tender/market access related projects
Improve Marketing Process: work on marketing process improvement including market plan integration, marketing program implementation and collaboration with local marketing and sales
Manage Marketing Activities such as market research and analysis of competition, product positioning and pricing, product launch and promotion, model mix, distribution and product life cycle management, etc.
KOL Developing Program planning and execution
