The Role
Overview
As an Associate in WRC, you will be responsible for analyzing quantitative and qualitative market data, collaborating with project manager and/or other consultants to develop and present solutions in advisory projects. You will also be responsible for preparing project proposals and managing client relationships on a day-to-day basis. These experiences will help build your professional knowledge and overall industry expertise.

- Strong accountability for project assignments and demonstrate high standards
The Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of successful experience in adding value to client business results (ideally in a consulting role)
- Proficiency in data analysis and formal presentation
- Solid market acumen and digital mindset
- Track record of helping clients achieve their business goals through targeted human capital initiatives (digital transformation project experience is preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to build strong client and associate working relationships
- Expertise in either Rewards, Talent Management or Communication and Change Management
- Passion to acquire, share and disseminate new information and knowledge
- Self-motivated achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, and integrity
- Good command of both written and oral Mandarin and English
