As the APAC Digital Marketing Manager within our global digital marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our digital marketing efforts in the APAC region, with a current focus on Australian and Singapore markets. Based at our Taiwan headquarters, you will be responsible for gaining deep market insights, driving brand awareness, increasing sales and subscription growth, and making performance-driven decisions in optimizing spending efficiency.

【 What you'll do 】
・Collaborate closely with the regional marketing team to define and develop the
APAC marketing strategy based on annual forecasts.
・Execute and oversee successful digital campaigns by coordinating with cross-
functional teams, monitoring performance, and providing actionable insights for
optimization.
・Make data-driven decisions for ad placements and digital media investments,
creating an effective budget allocation strategy to drive market growth
・Lead efforts in optimizing ads and brand e-commerce strategies to continually
improve key metrics from upper funnel to lower funnel conversion
・Provide valuable customer insights based on validation results and identify new
growth opportunities.
・Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends, identify and manage brand
exposure opportunities, and bring fresh, creative ideas to drive growth in
unexpected and effective ways.
【 Who You Are 】
・You have 4+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, e-commerce,
digital media buying, and data analysis.
・You own 2+ years of experience in annual marketing forecast and budget planning
・You are well-versed in marketing advertising(Meta and Google ads), e-commerce,
and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Amazon, Shopify).
・You are adept at strategic material planning to enhance advertising efficiency.
・You rely on data for decision-making, and have experience managing
performance-based campaigns in B2C or D2C e-commerce settings.
・You must possess proficiency in English, and have practical marketing experience
in English-speaking markets
・Big plus if you have experience in driving subscription growth
・Having Amazon channel experience is also a plus
・You thrive in an agile environment, adapt quickly to change, and excel in a high-
growth business where flexibility is key to success.
・You possess a customer-centric mindset and have a track record of collaborating
effectively with teams to create a seamless customer journey.
・Most importantly, you are a passionate pet lover! (Preferably you are a pet owner!)
