• Management of Retail operations and performance within the country, by:
- Keeping updated sales forecasts and taking efficient measures to meet or exceed projected sales targets;
- Implementing specific action plans in line with company positioning strategies, selling capacity and profits expected by the company;
- Optimizing (develop, expand, streamline, etc.) the retail network, in line with the company distribution strategies and distribution identity;
- Monitoring the activities of the competition on the relevant territory and react fast anticipating market trends;
• Retail excellence within country, coordinating Sisley clients in store staff KPIs and selling ceremony in line with corporate policy
• Collaboration with Retail Buying Local team in order to provide specific input to product lines, while fully supporting global product initiatives
• Collaboration with Go-to-Market and VMs to achieve full execution of go to market commercial calendar (comm. campaigns, promotions, windows; POP; VM; Social Media; Digital Mktg) in line with brand guidelines
• Management of global and local promotions to drive inventory rotation
• Collaboration with E-business team to achieve implementation & management of omnichannel activities & services in coordination with HQ team
• Growth, development & management of retail team (Store Managers and Sales Staff)
• For Omnichannel Strategy, ensure the performance of all the stores are aligned to Omnichannel KPIs, incentivising the boost on these activities across all the network;
