As we conclude 2023 with a significant initiative to expand our presence in key global markets including the UK, EMEA, Asia, Australia, and the US, we are excited to invite a driven and strategic-minded individual to join our dynamic team.
The Role:
We are seeking an Account Manager to oversee and expand our Australian market operations. This remote role, based in Taiwan, is perfect for a candidate who is ambitious, resilient, and has a proven track record in E-commerce platforms.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Making outbound telephone calls and emails to prospective customers to sell the company’s products and services. This includes persuading a customer to purchase a product or accept a visit from a member of the sales team.
• Confidently answering any queries about the company’s products and services.
• Fostering and maintaining good relations with the personal customer base through online and personal communication.
• Processing, entering, and updating customer information accurately into the company’s CRM system, Salesforce.
• Working to and successfully achieving sales targets and generating a pipeline of potential business.
• Attending trade shows and planning meetings in the UK, Europe, and Australia as required.
• Managing, logging, and responding to customer complaints.
Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:
• No qualifications are necessary, but a good level of IT knowledge, familiarity with CRM systems, and a drive to offer great customer service are key.
• Sales experience is a bonus.
Language Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
• An Australian accent is considered a huge bonus, enhancing communication with our Australian clients.
Travel Requirements:
• Travel to Australia is expected once or twice a year for trade shows and face-to-face meetings with customers.
