Position Summary
VitalAire Taiwan is established by Air Liquide Group and dedicate to provide home oxygen therapy solutions for the healthcare professionals and patients. We have professional sales, engineer team and nursing home all over in Taiwan to provide the consulting and customization services of respirators for out patients. With growing business, VitalAire Taiwan is looking for a Sales Administrative who is involving in sales process to support and coordinate sales team.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Sales administration :
1. In charge of processing and archiving of general documents
2. Coordinate and implement relevant sales documentation, such as order, NDA, contract etc.
3. Prepare and process incoming invoices and outbouding payment for approval
4. Assist in inbounding calls and provide quotations & related inforamtion
5. Responsible for monthly accounting closure cycle activities (Gideons ARS)
Sales activities supporting :
1. Customer service management (Gideons CMS)
2. Coordinate with sales team for order entry and processing (DN, CN, DO, Invoices prep, Payment statement)
3. Liase with internal teams (sales/engineers/finance) to track status of payment collection and payment acknowledgement
4. Organize and regularly provide business sales status reports for reference by business personnel or supervisors
