We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our IT department and drive technological innovation within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail/ luxury industry with technology solutions and a proven track record of managing IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
【Key Responsibilities】
• Provide technical support to end-users and shops via phone, email, or in person, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams, vendors, or Group IT staff if necessary.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems, to ensure uptime and data integrity.
• Handle phone system PABX support and maintenance, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and user management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support IT projects, such as system implementation and upgrades, software deployments, network expansions, and phone system enhancements.
• Plan, track, and monitor the IT budget, working closely with the IT management team to ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources.
• Prepare budget proposals, cost estimates, and forecasts for IT projects, equipment procurement, software licenses, and maintenance contracts.
• Assist in the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment, software licenses, and phone system components.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT tools, software applications, security protocols, and phone system usage.
【Qualifications】
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management of luxury or retail industry.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and policies.
• Deep understanding of network infrastructure, security principles, and IT best practices.
