2. Developing new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships, regularly and irregularly understanding customer needs.
3. Introduce products, provide customer education training, offer timely customer service and consultation.
4. Stay informed about market changes and customer trends, gather intelligence as a reference for strategic planning.
5. Customer order and accounts receivable management.
6. Shipping and tracking subsequent customer needs.
7. DOA (Dead on Arrival) or RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) handling.
8. Required to travel for business and participate in exhibitions in accordance with the company's marketing requirements, including occasional international trips.
