The Logistic and Procurement Specialist role will develop capabilities within our company to streamline workflows, build & execute performance measurement systems and manage various supply chain initiatives. You will be enabled in the development and execution of strategic initiatives, both within the team and the broader cross-functional Operations and Product Development organizations, to turn your ideas into action.
What You’ll Do (工作內容) :
1. 訂單管理(SO/PO): 接單並依照需求向供應商下單,定期追蹤訂單狀況。
2. 物流管理(Logistics): 根據訂單狀況安排管理所有出貨相關事宜,並定期向客人回報。
3. 庫存管理(Stock Management) : 定期檢查庫存狀況並依照庫存水位下單。
4. 帳目管理: 管理收到的外幣及台幣發票,並於每月月底準備報稅相關資料給會計師。
5. 供應商管理(Supply Chain Management): 面對廠商提出的問題或是意見,必要時進行協商。
6 業務支援: 支援國外業務單位的新產品需求並向供應商詢價
6. 全英文商業書信往來及英文會議。
7. 孰悉使用Windows Microsoft & Google Workspace應用程式。
尤其孰悉Excel & Google Sheet 的各項公式與函數應用為佳
