-Develop and implement product launch strategies.
-Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
-Set clear goals and objectives for product performance and customer satisfaction.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
-Work closely with different expertise roles within the company.
-Maintain strong relationships with external partners and suppliers.
-Gather and incorporate feedback from end customers to improve products.
5. Performance Analysis:
-Monitor and analyze product performance metrics.
-Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
-Report on product success and areas for development to senior management.
6. Quality Assurance:
