Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Alignment:
• Develop and execute the global HR strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Foster cultural alignment across regions to support organizational goals.
Policy and Process Oversight:
• Oversee the implementation and standardization of HR policies, processes, and programs globally.
• Ensure consistency and compliance with local labor laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
Leadership and Collaboration:
• Provide strategic guidance to regional HR teams to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive talent management strategies.
Organizational Development:
• Lead organizational development and change management initiatives globally.
• Drive the development and implementation of global HR programs to support organizational growth.
Performance Management and Compliance:
• Develop and implement global HR programs, including performance management and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and employment practices globally.
Project Management and HR Systems:
• Lead global HR projects such as HR system implementations and process harmonization.
• Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure effective HR service delivery.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in HR leadership roles.
• Proven experience as a Global HR Director or similar leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of global HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and relevant software.
Associate HR Director (台北)
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the HR team to foster a collaborative culture.
• Design HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Actively manage employee relations.
• Demonstrate an understanding of business direction and characteristics.
• Collaborate with regional headquarters to develop and update policies and guidelines.
• Promote key talent training programs.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Organize HR operations, overseeing international assignments, compensation adjustments, and training development services.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 7 years of progressively responsible HR experience, including 3 years in leadership roles.
• Strong decision-making ability in complex situations.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Preferred experience in media agencies, e-commerce platforms, digital companies, or startups.
