Essential Functions:
• Responsible for the daily administrative tasks, including processing documents, emails and meeting arrangements
• Assist with trade shows or corporate events, and liaising with internal and external organizations
• Administrative affairs (not exclusive to): handle meetings, travel, prepare gifts & goodies, supply procurement..etc.
•Comfortable using English as a working language: 90% email exchange is in English and 75% for conference calls
Requirements:
1. Patient and detail-oriented, able to accurately record and process documents and reports
2. Capable of establishing communication with colleagues from different departments, and oversea offices
3. Familiar with organizing paperwork and knowledge of MS Office
4. Ability to work with minimal supervision and good time management
5. Relevant academic qualifications or relevant certifications
6. 1 to 2 years of business assistant or related experience

4. 熟悉文書工作,使用辦公軟體,如Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)等
