This position is mainly responsible for the outbound activities, co-work with 3rd parties to monitor & expedite orders to ensure on time delivery. Coordinate and control the activities with 3rd party Logistic providers on having efficient logistics/transportation activities to support customers, and Business needs. Besides, this position is to ensure that orders are entered correctly as well as interfacing with internal & external customers to increase order full rate.
The job holder acts as a bridge in communicating with internal colleagues as well including Management, Business partners, support functions and internal & external customers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate with 3rd party Logistics for goods on time delivery.
• Dealing inquires from external and internal stakeholders to satisfy our customers.
• Regular order management related reports.
• Coordinate relevant departments with timely information flow.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities assigned.
• Handle customer returns, complaints and claims against damages, quality, in-complete or incorrect delivery within the guidelines stipulated in the customer service policy.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A Knowledge & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years working experience in customers service field
• Good communication skill and teamwork spirit, proactive communication and take initiative
• Strong sense of responsibility and urgency
• Fluent command in both spoken and written of English and Mandarin
• Project lead or people management experience is a plus
