1.Participating in the development of process and equipment concepts, creating flow chart, diagram and documentation to outline system structure and components.
2.Interact with design team and develop the control system architectures.
3.Specify, design, Implement and track the robot path programming and optimization of manipulator.
4.Setup industrial robots, End effector, Cameras, Lighting, Robot controller and Vision system.
5.Equipment / Conveyor / PLC integration with pick & place robot or processing robot.
6.Equipment / Robot specification validation and procurement approval according to the process automation.
7.Understanding of programming knowledge and working on industrial protocols like EitherNet/IP, EtherCAT, PROFIBUS and Production related protocols.
8.Validation of the software application, control system includes programming PLCs, SCADA systems, HMI interface and robot control software.
9.Implementation of safety standards are in-line with customer and safety standards for robots.
10.Coordination of trial runs and quality improvement of manufacturing process.
11.Estimation of Material, Man (Design & Development) and other cost involved for budget preparation and Implement cost reduction improvement for existing or new equipment / process.
12.Understanding the risk and mitigation plan assessment for build risk and follow-up with respective team.
13.Testing, Troubleshooting & resolving the technical issue while implementation.
14.Responsible for 5Q stage qualifications (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ/MQ).
15.Responsible for SPC, PFMEA, DOE, Control Plan, 7QC tools, WIS, RFQ, etc.
16.Trouble shooting SOP / Warranty / DFM / DAP / SOP / Checklist and other standard document validation and approval.
17.Validation Critical elements / Spares / Consumables.
