This position will be dedicated to developing Direct-to-consumer (D2C) and E-Commerce operations, this encompasses the management of sales channels and the streamlining of fulfilment processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, local sales, external business partners and customers to ensure smooth operation and process efficiency, improve service partners and team productivity and service levels, and provide customer and consumer satisfaction in services and sales delivery fulfilment. 該職位將致力於開發直接面向消費者(D2C)和電子商務業務,包括銷售管道的管理和履行流程的簡化等。 您將與跨職能團隊密切合作,如:銷售業務團隊、外部合作夥伴和客戶,以確保平穩營運和流程效率,提高服務合作夥伴和團隊的生產力和服務水平,並在服務和銷售交付履行方面提供客戶和消費者滿意度。 【Responsibilities 】 • Manage and oversee operations for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) E-Commerce Platform orders management and delivery fulfilment. • Coordinate inventory management, order fulfilment and shipping logistics. • Provide exceptional channel management, customer service and managing consumer inquiries. • Drive D2C channel Order-to-Cash KPIs, process efficiency, internal productivity and service satisfaction. • Continuously improve D2C SOP business processes to resolve operational problems, ensure efficiency and clear execution. • Capable to provide sales operation KPIs management report to drive performance, analyze operational development and provide business insights, challenges and recommendations. 【您將會負責:】 • 管理和監督D2C以及電子商務平台的訂單管理並確保交貨運送流程順暢。 • 協調庫存管理、訂單履行和運輸物流。 • 提供卓越的管道管理、客戶服務和消費者諮詢。 • 推動D2C管道從訂單到收款的關鍵績效指標(KPI)、流程效率、內部生產力和服務滿意度。 • 不斷改進D2C標準操作程序(SOP)業務流程,以解決運營問題,確保效率和執行順暢。 • 能夠提供銷售運營關鍵績效指標管理報告,以推動績效,分析運營發展,提供業務洞見、挑戰和建議。
