Position Description
-Involvement and work in team with global investment, investment custodian, outsourced accounting and audit teams, and investment operations professionals regarding investment related operations.

-This company’s investment operations stress best practices around operational risk management, investment trade execution, post-trade tracking and settlement, cash reconciliation, net asset value (NAV) reconciliation, performance measurement, fund administration, payments, accounting reports, contracts, audit, Investment Committee and Board Meeting materials preparation, compliance, digitalization, optimization, etc.
-Liaise closely with multiple global service providers including leading global firms in the financial services industry from custodian to auditor and asset managers.
-Reinforce investment operations, investment platform, and corporate governance.
-Database management in digital format and where necessary, physical format
Work in team closely with investment professionals/colleagues on other assigned matters, relating but not limited to digitalization, process optimization, information security, and Group communication.
