OBJECTIVES
Responsible for overseeing administrative sales processes, including order management, special requests, logistics, and client communication, to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and smooth sales operations. Additionally, tasked with analyzing data from the Maserati system and internal processes to identify areas for improvement and generate actionable ideas to enhance the quality of ordering, option selling, and delivery processes, ultimately optimizing business results.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
1. Manage paperwork for pre-owned car orders, facilitating communication between clients and admin.
2. Collaborate with sales and marketing to determine client preferences, stock availability, and demo options.
3. Coordinate logistics for pre-owned cars and monitor delivery schedules, promptly addressing any issues.
4. Arrange car deliveries with pre-owned car sales consultants and customers for a seamless handover.
5. Facilitate timely payments from clients and liaise with admin when needed.
6. Provide support for pre-owned vehicle sales and manage customer complaints.
7. Assist in Maserati branding events, engaging clients both in showroom and off-site.
8. Finalize Maserati brand training sessions and online courses periodically.
9. Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and match them with our Maserati fleet.
10. Build rapport with customers to establish a referral base and expand the customer network.
11. Manage customer pipeline in Salesforce and report to the sales manager.
12. Collaborate with marketing to implement customer engagement activities.
13. Support Maserati's new car business development.
14. Willingly learn to overcome objections and excel in sales situations.
15. Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to confidently represent Maserati.
