Job Description: Business Development Manager, Taiwan
We are a small team with lots of projects in development – this role will be a key engine for our team and our ideal candidate will be excited about working really hard and delivering great results.

Job Summary
This role exists to assist and support the sales team across all business related matters. This role majorly supports Taiwan business. The key result indicators for this role are completion of tasks by deadline with high quality.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage distributors and wholesalers in the food service (referred as F/S) market to drive Oatly penetration with solid attack plan.
• Develop and implement F/S customer development plan on schedule.
• Directly involve in F/S KA customer development, including but not limited to application development, LTO sell-in, menu advice, etc. with supports from HQ teams.
• Understand customer P&L and manage well F/S customer’s trade contribution.
• Develop and execute customized business and marketing strategies.
• Demand creation and forecast planning with close communication with distributors to manage replenishment and shipment schedule.
• Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day communication with key stakeholders per responsibilities.
• Be aware of significant market trends and perform complex analysis of possible business opportunities
• Handle any product quality issue and F/S customer complaints.
• Able to work during weekends for event execution
• Budget management for Sales and Trade Marketing, including budget planning, invoice settlement, compliance, accrual.
• Regular reporting preparation including sales report, distribution sell-out report, LTO analysis, etc.
