We are seeking an experienced Solution Delivery Manager to assist in promoting and overseeing projects in the North American region. This role requires a professional with third-party experience who can contribute to presale activities from the project's conception, manage client relationships, and assist in project execution while addressing various challenges that may arise during the project, including transactions and contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
1.) Engage in the presale phase of projects, collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, providing technical and solution recommendations, and aiding in securing projects.
2.) Assist in client relationship management, fostering and maintaining strong partnerships to ensure client satisfaction.
3.) Coordinate internal team resources to ensure timely and high-quality project completion after project initiation.
4.) Address issues that may arise during project execution, including but not limited to technical, transactional, and contractual challenges.
5.) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project objectives are met, making adjustments as necessary.
6.) Responsible for project reporting and monitoring, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
7.) Location: North American region (specific location negotiable)
