Micron’s Taiwan sites include sales and technical support in Taipei along with state-of-the-art fabrication facilities in Taichung and Taoyuan that together comprise the company’s DRAM Center of Perfection. The Center’s goal is to achieve the most efficient and effective technology transfer and manufacturing ramp by combining front- and back-end manufacturing, product engineering and technology development roles.
As an Assembly production Supervisor at MTB, you will be responsible for leading a team of Line leader/operators to meet production output and will work closely with Engineering and Production supporting team. You will be also responsible for providing leadership, directional and overall management to ensure successful Assembly production performance to meet and improve on CT, throughput, cost & quality across all Micron’s products.
This position will permanently be located in Taichung. There will be around 3 months training period in one of Micron backend sites at the start of employment.
Setting daily/weekly/monthly KPI & objectives and communicating them to employees
Lead the team to meet KPI target
Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Overseeing and mentoring direct employees
Check production output according to KPI performance
Submit reports on performance and progress
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
Advanced skills in MS Office
Interpersonal and leadership abilities
Communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelors Degree in IE, engineering or meaningful field
