Job responsibility:
• Assist in receiving, storage, and distribution of goods for projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as suppliers, transport companies, and Project Teams, and Offshore Resources to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain documentation throughout the supply chain process, including tracking customs documents, manifests, and certificates.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and ensure a logical layout of the premises.
• Consider specific storage characteristics for different types of equipment and goods to ensure proper handling and storage conditions.
• Utilize task-specific software and equipment to maintain accurate digital records of all warehouse processes.
• Support the maintenance and certification of equipment, in coordination with the Warehouse Lead and technical team.
• Assist in recruiting, orienting, and training warehouse staff, and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate on waste stream management, following company guidelines and regulations.
Competences required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or similar role.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of relevant rules and regulations related to warehouse and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications and warehouse management systems.

• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
