The primary purpose of this role is to manage and oversee legal matters within the organization, including the drafting, reviewing, editing, and negotiation of a wide variety of contracts such as license agreements, distribution agreements, co-production agreements, and partnership agreements. Additionally, the position involves providing legal support for projects or tasks requested by other departments, managing external lawyers, handling civil and criminal litigation, and offering legal advice to the company. It is preferable for the candidate to be familiar with the film and television industry, including film production, distribution (covering both traditional and new media), and licensing; OTT platform services and business models; and the legal regulations of copyrights and advertising laws. -Drafting, revising and negotiating a wide range of contracts and legal documents (in both English and Chinese). -Providing comprehensive in-house legal support to the company and affiliates. Manages day-to-day legal activities and provide advisory services to the company. -Handling and managing claims, disputes, mediation, and litigation.

Responsibilities: .Gain a deep understanding of the business goals and customer needs on the CATCHPLAY+ platform. .Stay abreast of market trends and industry competition to inform strategic decision-making. .Act as the product owner for your domain, defining product roadmaps, setting objectives, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving results. .Communicate and articulate product development priorities to internal stakeholders and, when relevant, external partners. .Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX, developers, QA, customer-facing units, marketing, and business development, to refine product feature design, user flows, and communications. .Project-manage the development of your domain product, ensuring on-schedule and accurate delivery, including proposal formulation, spec writing, task assignment, customer communication, release management, result monitoring, and future iterations. .Monitor and resolve operational issues or problems reported by internal/external users within your product domain, with support from internal teams. .Track key product metrics, utilize analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics, Tableau), and collaborate with data analysts to monitor product performance and formulate improvements for iterations. .Continuously update and improve product documents to ensure accuracy and relevance. .Foster a collaborative team environment, driving team morale to achieve common goals.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in data science and machine learning to join our team. As a Data Scientist for our streaming platform, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our recommendation systems to enhance user experience and platform revenue. Key Responsibilities: -Design, implement, and maintain recommendation systems for our streaming platform by analyzing large volumes of user behavior and content data to provide personalized recommendations. -Collaborate with the product team to understand business requirements and optimize recommendation systems to achieve platform goals. -Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of recommendation models, making necessary adjustments and improvements. -Participate in data cleaning, feature engineering, and model training to build efficient and accurate recommendation models. -Work with the engineering team to deploy developed models into production environments and address related issues. -Responsible for monitoring and managing data quality to ensure the stability and reliability of models. -Share best practices, technological innovations, and industry trends with other team members.
