1. Build and maintain trusted partnerships with senior leaders and key stakeholders, acting as a credible advisor on people-related matters.

1. Provide daily operational support, issue resolution, and system maintenance for SAP ERP, with a primary focus on SD, FI, or CO modules. ABAP development capability is required.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support integration with other SAP modules and non-SAP applications, ensuring seamless end-to-end business process flows.
4. Support ongoing projects and initiatives across the full delivery lifecycle—including analysis, design, configuration, testing, validation, and go-live—specifically for SAP SD, FI, or CO.
5. Assist with SAP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements; create and maintain up-to-date documentation including process flows, configuration details, and user guides for supported modules.
The Japan HR & Office Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources, general office administration, and sales operations support in the Japan office. This role plays a key part in recruitment, employee relations, compliance with Japanese labor law, and office management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and alignment with HQ policies.
1. Recruitment/Package Discussion:
● Manage the entire recruitment process, from screening resumes to arranging interviews and conducting package discussions with both headquarters (HQ) and candidates.
● Handle employee offer and contract preparation and issuance.
● Develop recruitment channels or review headcount contracts.
2. Liaison with Country Manager and HQ (Annual HR Timeline):
● Act as a liaison between the Country Manager and HQ for annual HR timeline and document preparation.
● Facilitate processes related to performance appraisal, salary adjustments, and promotions.
● Collaborate with HQ for annual budgeting and monthly HR cost.
3. Labor Law Compliance:
● Ensure compliance with labor laws, including the documentation and orientation of new hires.
● Manage risk related to employee issues and address any identified concerns.
● Conduct regular training sessions as required by labor law.
● To be a communication window to a company’s lawyer.
4. General Affairs:
● Handle employee benefits administration.
● Oversee general office operations and support ad-hoc administrative duties.
● Manage vendor contracts, office supplies, and facilities to maintain a productive work environment.
5. Employee Engagement & Communication
● Foster a positive work culture through regular engagement activities and employee communication.
● Support internal communication between the Japan office and regional/global teams.

2. Ensure all applicable processes, procedures, and policies are supported, documented, well communicated
3.Take up a proactive approach to identify risks to ensure project success and create and maintain a project risk tracker

Job Summary:
The role involves researching and identifying new customers in the raw material markets using various online tools and platforms. Key responsibilities include organizing and updating the client database, initiating marketing & sales reach, and maintaining communication with existing buyers regarding order fulfillment and shipment schedules. Additionally, the position requires analyzing customer and import data, preparing presentations, and supporting business units in exploring new opportunities in both existing and new regions.

1. Research of new customers (End users/Factories with contact window’s information for business development by using multi-sources (Strong searching skill by using Google, LinkedIn, global platforms through multi search engine, or custom data).
