1) Be responsible for all aspect of onsite support services with Taiwan. Providing support to local end user and VIP including PC/laptop and printing services support, PC lifecycle management, relationship management with VIP, Teams External calling and meeting room support.
2) Provide technical support to employees in the organization; Undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of IT problems via phone, e-mail and on-site.
3) Escalate unresolved problems/Incidents to global/local support groups including vendors to expedite resolution.
4) Inventory & asset management for PC/Laptop and printer.
5) Log, dispatch, troubleshoot and track incident/problems and changes.
6) Provide overall management to on-site support/end-users support team.
7) Follow up and support global IT projects. Co-work with global IT support team. Communicate with local end users and management team.
8) Manage PC lifecycle and refresh, OS/office upgrade.
9) Support and manage local IT infrastructure and application/software procurement process. Local IT vendor management.
10) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT policies and procedures.
11) Report to local IT lead. Take and complete IT lead assignment.
12) Lead end user support team and people management.
