• Building financial models, performing investment evaluation/analysis, and delivering written investment reports. • Planning project budget, making the comparison for the budget and actual expenditure, writing business proposals as necessary. • Industry research and market investigation for renewable energy (especially solar). • Assist in project finance related matters, ranging from making term sheet, negotiating terms with lenders and insurance companies. • Capability to work under tight deadlines, excellent time management and prioritization • Other task delegated or requested by supervisors. Others: 1~2 years experience in investment, banking, or modeling. Experience in the renewable energy sector or project financing is a plus.
1. Prepare consolidated financial report (both in Chinese and English), and analysis or suggestions for decision-making by the management 2. Cooperate with teams to produce the financial reports quarterly and be the contact of CPA 3. Support on BOD/ Audit Committee financial data analysis & preparation, financial audit and internal control implement 4. Perform month-end closing procedures for assigned subsidiaries, including I. Reviewing/preparing the financial reports and management package II. income tax return, GST/VAT filing, and TP related support 5.Perform FP&A functions by providing decision support and reporting on strategic issues, budgeting and forecasting, operation plan, planning analysis, as well as review of actual results 6. Post investment accounting and management 7. Carry out ad hoc projects as assigned
