Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist clients in planning the overall system configuration.
2. Provide on-site assistance to clients for system installation, setup, testing, and training when necessary.
3. Handle post-sales service, address client inquiries regarding system-related issues, and provide technical support.
4. Assist clients in customizing system functionalities.
Requirements:

2. Strong self-discipline, with the ability to manage work time and progress effectively.
3. Proficient in cross-departmental communication (including engineers, clients, and general management departments), capable of organizing, summarizing, and expressing ideas clearly.
4. Strong learning aptitude and willingness to acquire knowledge in various professional domains.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in both English and Japanese.
2. Experience with programming languages (particularly SQL).
3. Background in network engineering.
4. Previous experience in restaurant supervisory roles.
5. Has a driving license and owns a car for domestic travel use.
