1.Fully responsible for overseeing, managing, and supporting the end-to-end testing activities of Commerce Platform Development hosted in AWS Clouds. These activities involve close collaboration with development, site reliability engineering, and operation teams.
2.In charge of developing automated testing framework to ensure quality delivery of platform feature release in line with consistent Commerce platform innovation plan.
3.Analyze software testing results and recommend corrective actions. Troubleshoot and debug test cases to identify and resolve software issues.
4. Establish quality assurance standards, guidelines, methodologies, and reporting processes to monitor and evaluate the quality of work, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback to internal and external developers.
5.Responsibilities in testing engineering of Commerce Platform.
6.As the role of team lead, the incumbent is responsible for people management, which includes setting individual and team expectations, delegating assignments and managing performance, identifying talent needs, and coach/developing team members.
7.Bring innovative ideas for platform continuous enhancement, streamline testing workflow, drive platform commercialization, and strengthen B2B capabilities.
8.Supervise project staff, timelines, and budgets.
9.Foster team collaboration with relevant technology and business functions to maximize results.
10.Provide technical leadership and influence, guide teams to cooperate, structure, design and build systems and platform to provide excellent quality products and serve customers.
