DESCRIPTION The Accounting Specialist will be an integral part of the month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes within the accounting team. The Accounting Specialist will perform a variety of accounting and clerical tasks related to the maintenance and processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable with accompanying general ledger accounting responsibilities. Main duties include managing activities, resources, and responsibilities of A/R and A/P in compliance with established policies, practices, and procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Audit and record various expenses. 2. Audit and record accounts payable to vendors. 3. Audit and record accounts receivable from customers. 4. Perform cost settlement and analysis operations. 5. Audit and record fixed asset transactions and conduct annual inventory. 6. Prepare consolidated financial statements and financial reports. 7. Audit and file various tax operations such as business tax and corporate income tax. 8. Adjust annual salaries and provide accountants with various types of income and corporate income tax for filing. 9. Assist accountants in auditing operations. 10. Assist in the implementation of Oracle ERP systems. 11. Assist supervisors in handling other matters.
