Key Assignments -
1. Take the Jardine/DFI talent approach and IKEA input, localise and lead an integrated Talent Review & Succession Planning framework, working process and tools for manager and individual based on IKEA Talent approach to identify talent required for business success.
2. Together with SO functional heads and unit management teams, secure an up-to-date succession plan and leads competence development in the area of succession and leadership for the organization, ensuring a qualitative and consistent performance throughout.
3. Lead the implementation and monitor annual performance and development process to support sustainable business result and growth by working with Learning & Development Manager and DFI Centre of Expertise.
4. Work with Learning & Development Manager, SO functions and store/warehouse partners to contribute to the creation, update and implementation of Talent & Learning Development action plan and central training plan.
5. Lead the execution of central training plan for both leadership and competence development including updating the content of curriculums, securing available, competent internal facilitators and result follow-up.
6. Develop, implement and maintain L&D reports/projects based on our Business & People strategies and individual development needs to strengthen IKEA Culture & Values, Business and Leadership competence.
7. Work with key stakeholders to analyse the competence gap and work by myself or with different resources (internal, external and online) to plan, prepare and deliver central level training programmes, ensure the quality, fulfil the learning objective as well as business needs.
8. Together with IISBV, DF, SO, Store & WH partners and external resources to develop/localise efficient and helpful L&D material/resources, meanwhile, ensure it up-to-date and best use of them.
9. Responsible for implementation and maintenance of digital learning solutions and system to support the learning delivery and
competence management process in an efficient way. (i.e. Mylearning, Talent Central, Online Tutorial Platform…etc.).
10. Deliver HR action plan include Talent & Learning Development and deal with all initial enquiries and escalate where appropriate in order to achieve People objective of IKEA North Asia.
